Fault Code Reading & Clearing — Read active and inactive fault codes for engine and aftertreatment modules; view OEM codes and detailed DTC (diagnostic trouble code) reports.
Live Data / Real-Time Monitoring — Monitor engine parameters (fuel pressure, boost pressure, DPF soot levels, NOx sensors, etc.) in real time to diagnose performance or emissions issues.
Bi-Directional / Functional Tests — Perform commands like DPF regeneration, injector/cylinder cut-out tests, aftertreatment component tests, various module-specific tests.

DAVIE4 is engine-focused: It handles the engine, aftertreatment, and related modules. It doesn’t cover all chassis/body electronics (like lights, cab controllers, ABS, cabin comfort systems, etc.). For full truck-wide diagnostics (chassis + body), additional software (for example, a PACCAR “body/chassis” tool) may be required.

Internet requirement for some features — For ECU programming or calibration downloads, an active internet connection is often needed.
