AUTOOL CT500 Fuel injector diagnostic and cleaning machine is a mechatronics product that combines ultrasonic cleaning technology and micro-computer oil pressure closed-loop control cleaning and detection technology. Fuel injector Diagnostic And Cleaning Machine simulates various operating conditions of the engine and cleans and inspects the fuel injectors of various automobiles and motorcycles. Wide Range of Injectors Supported: CT500 not only supports GDI, EFI, FSI, and other types of injectors but also compatible with common standard injectors. 12V, 70V, and 120V voltages are available to drive GDI injectors, which basically cover most of the injectors of European, American, and Asian car brands.
Injector Cleaning and Testing Function: Not only can you clean and test standard injectors, but you can also clean and test GDI injectors, such as those of Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Audi, Porsche, Ford, and other direct injection engines.
Multiple Voltage Selection: CT500 6 cylinders cleaner and tester is designed with 3 output voltages for your choice (12V,70V, and 120V), which can better adapt to different types of injector testing.
Upgrade Ultrasonic Cleaning: Unlike other cleaners and testers, AUTOOL CT500 is equipped with a cooling fan and thermal protection device, the power can be up to 70W, which greatly provides ultrasonic cleaning capacity.
6-cylinder and 2-drain design: it can test and clean 6 nozzles at the same time, mailbox level is visualized for higher cleaning efficiency; it comes with two control valves for cleaning liquid exclusion and test liquid recycling, which is easy to handle and facilitates the multiple use of test liquid.

Functions

Ultrasonic cleaning: It sends signals to the injectors through the pulse signal line, using the cleaning fluid with ultrasonic vibration so as to completely remove the carbon and impurities inside the injectors.
Idle speed test (0-20ms): Simulate the engine idling speed and test the state of the fuel injector.
Medium speed test (0-7.5ms): simulate the engine running at medium speed and test the state of the fuel injector.
High-speed test (0-4ms): Simulate the high-speed performance of the engine and test the state of the fuel injector.
Acceleration test: Simulate the acceleration state of the car and test the performance of the fuel injector.
